Nontombi Mfuduka brings on-board an extensive wealth of knowledge and skills acquired both in her academic and career progression. She has work exposure mostly from global financial institution that compete well with other international institutions. She also expanded her knowledge base by spending a number years in top leaderships positions in the communications industry.

This wealth of knowledge gained enabled her to research and establish Today’s Destiny Trading & Projects. The exciting birth of Today’s Destiny occurred about seven years ago, focusing mostly on Learning and Development programs especially in the ICT space.

Her involvement and participation at Senior Management enables her to fit well in the Strategic thinking and implementation of effective business control processes and tools, continuous improvements methodologies and implementation, risk management, as well as financial control.

Nontombi collected all her academic qualifications whilst employed i.e. working and studying approach. She became an affiliate member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountant in 2010, obtained her MAP in 1996 with Wits Business School, CIS – (Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries) in 1995. In 2009 she became a member of the Institute of Personnel Service Consultants, thus broadening her knowledge of our country’s current Labour Practices and IR Regulatory Requirements.

She comes from humble beginnings, has lots of energy, and is a very positive visionary who is results driven and passionate about Learning and Development.
